Busy + Stressed? Stress depletes your nutrients FAST!

You have nutrient deficiencies. Yes, even if you eat really well. Nutrient deficiencies affect everything. And many of us have been in a deficiency state for years or even decades.

Today's food is about 30% less nutrient dense than the same food from 1940. Farming practices that have stripped our soils of nutrients that would otherwise go into the plants we consume.

Our food is also laden with toxic metals and chemicals. Pesticides and herbicides used in farming today contribute to less nutritious crops.

AND, we are
chronically stressed, and this stress burns through our nutrients on a daily basis. Magnesium, sodium, potassium and more are burned through at a higher rate when you live the busy "go-go" lifestyle.

And, truth be told, many of us don't eat the way we should for optimal health - usually due to being so busy!

Have you ever been told "just reduce your stress"? That might not be the most helpful advice as most women I work with:
1) don't "feel" the stress because they're so used to it, 
2) it's hidden (gut infections or blood sugar swings) so they don't know what to work on, or 
3) a lot of it is part of their life and out of their control (job, kids, travel, etc).

GOOD NEWS: You don’t need to eliminate stress to feel better. It’s about working with your body to reduce its impact and
build resilience.

Stress isn’t just mental and emotional—it’s physical too. I use functional labs and nutrient testing with my clients, so we can uncover hidden stressors impacting their health.

These can be blood sugar imbalances, which lead to energy crashes and cravings, as well as weight fluctuations and sleep issues. Digestive dysfunction, that leads to bloating and stomach pain, as well as nutrient deficiencies when you aren't digesting your food!
